I keep seeing it referred to but what are you supposed to do with it and when are you supposed to take it?

Is cough syrup containing the ingreient guaifensin and you take 3 or 4 days before you o and it should thin your cervical mucus helping the swimmers to get in. They also have gelcaps but i havent been able to find the gelcap containg only the guaifensin ingredient(its fine to have other ingred they just arent neccesary and they make me feel a little high)good luck

I have a cough, and my dr. perscribed that in pill form alone. Maybe it will happen!!
