I was just wondering what month of pregnancy is it best to have your baby shower?Just in case of early delivery?

The MIL held a baby shower about 1 month after son was born.I never had one for d though.????I guess they thought that d could where son's old clothes!

im due in early july and i've been told to have the shower about 6-8wks b4. i get mine memorial day weekend
