Re: Ladies due in September

Hey I'm due in July/August, but I didn't want you to feel ignored! I don't know where all the Sept people are today.

How are you feeling? Do you have lovely m/s?

Isn't it going to be soooo much fun being so pg during the summer?!!! We are all going to have to keep each other sane!!!!

Hope you are having a good day and that some other Sept person will respond soon!!!

Re: Ladies due in September

Hi I'm here! had a busy day. Went for another sonogram today and everything is perfect and I saw the heartbeat! Oh my god there's nothing like it. I'm 7 wks 5 days according to that and of course horrible m/s all day & night but praying that passes soon. Feeling blessed today! Our EDD is 9/19/03. Hope all is well with all the other September mommies.

Re: Ladies due in September

Hi Ladies,

I'm 9 weeks today, and just had my first OB appointment. I made my doctor push it up a week because I was getting really anxious. I just don't FEEL pregnant (other than the sore breasts!) The nurses at the doctor's office told me I should consider myself lucky. I go for an ultrasound on Friday. I made my doctor push that up as well, because I really need to see the heartbeat. We've decided not to tell anybody until we see or hear a heartbeat. I can't wait!
Speaking of being pregnant in the summer - we have a swimming pool and I already informed my husband that I don't care how I look, I'll be floating around like a beached whale all summer!
Hope everyone is feeling well.

Crystal

Re: Ladies due in September

Well I'm 7 weeks 5 days. EDD September 21st. Am sick as a dog!!!!! For the past....exactly 7 days I have thrown up no less than twice a day. I'm praying it will all get better cause I honestly cannot see how I could feel any worse. I told my mom a week and 2 days ago how I felt so good and that I don't feel too badly nauseated. Then it all hit me at once. It's just terrible. I felt a bit better this morning so cancelled my dr's appt and then all heck broke loose. Got sick again and of course there's no appts anymore. What a time. It'll all be worth it in the end........right girls????

Re: Ladies due in September

Babygrant - I know exactly how you feel, only I've been throwing up 7 - 8 times a day for the last week 1/2. Horrible. Dr. gave me something for it because I'm starting to feel dehydrated and she doesn't want me to be in hospital. Actually feeling ok today.

I'm praying all of our m/s goes away real soon and Crystal, yes you should consider yourself lucky that you don't have it! Nothing incapacitates you more I declare!

Congrats to everyone who saw their little one's heartbeat and here's to our happy, healthy and easy preganancies and babies!

Re: Ladies due in September

I don't get to see my baby's heartbeat until 12 weeks! And I don't get my first ultrasound til 18 weeks. It's kind of sad cause some people get an u/s at 6 weeks. I want an ultrasound to see my little peppercorn. Haha.

Re: Ladies due in September

Angela,

It must have something to do with the Canadian health care system. My doctor told me he wasn't supposed to order an ultrasound until 19 weeks. I REALLY twisted his arm. My first pregnancy ended in an early m/c, and I'm 33 years old, so he indicated "high risk" on my chart just to get me in at 9 1/2 weeks. It was either that, or having me harass him for another 3 weeks!

I really hope you start to feel better soon. Don't let yourself get dehydrated.

Crystal

Re: Ladies due in September

The main reason I picked my doctor is because he has a ultrasound machine in his office. It is so nice. I was 8 weeks and 1 day and got a ultrasound done....It was very neat and I even got a picture (even though I can't see much yet) it was wonderful.

Re: Ladies due in September

Hi all! I'm 7 weeks and 6 days, and don't get to see my doctor until next thursday! This will be my second baby, and the edd is 9/19, my 2 year old son Evan was born on 9/21/00 so maybe I'll end up with 2 birthday on that day. I have only told my husband and sister, I'd like to see the dr before I spread the good word! I've been really tired and sick feeling, BUT eating seems to help that! Have you started having any cravings yet?

Re: Ladies due in September

Wow! Lots of us have the same EDD. how cool. This will be our first. We are very excited and I must say I'm happy that yesterday and today my m/s has been minimal. Man, what a relief. It was horrible getting sick so many times in a day. Praying it stays away.

Have a great weekend everyone and here's to our healthy, happy preganancies and babies!!!
