DH and I are so excited and anxious to meet our little one in the making. I am paranoid about every little thing, so DH helps keep me grounded. I'm not due until next fall so we have a lonnnng way to go!
I'm so anxious to meet our little one, but I'm trying not to wish the months away. This is my one chance to assist God in His miracle, so I'm trying to enjoy every minute of it!

EDD 10/3/03
[This message has been edited by HEAVEN-SENT (edited 02-11-2003).]
Hello ladies, I have finally gotten a job working as a manager for a computer company based here in Michigan. I am excited to be back to work and in a field that uses my expertise. I hope this one works out ! We had our 16week visit today and my mom came along to hear a beautiful heartbeat that was around 120-160 beats (mostly 120, hmm, boy maybe?). Val is doing better and is getting quite a bit of movement and some uncomfortable stretching. Baby and belly is getting bigger but she has only gained 1 pound and is down 5 from her last visit. Hoping it'll start piling on here soon and the m/s will go away. We get to make our big u/s appt for two weeks from now, soooo exciting. Hoping for a boy since she has two girls from her first marriage and this will be her last (my first, but that's fine with me). I get to raise her dd's 98 % of the time also. They are a handful but I am learning how to deal with all the girly moodiness and whining. They are learning how to deal with me too, hehe. The doc also checked Val's cervix due to past surgeries and all was nicely tucked deep up inside, but now she is cramping from the exam. She has to go lay down and put her feet up. Couldn't wait to share all the news with you and hope you are all doing well.
Angelhansen, thanks for including me and the other ladies too. I hope noone feels uncomfortable chatting with a guy. Val has almost all of the input here though and tells me what to type most of the time, so the ideas are hers. She is hoping to come up with some more funny topics to share once she starts feeling better again. Remember the one about shaved beavers ? or hemmorhoids ? Can't wait to hear from you and will share the date for the big u/s once we make it, think i'm gonna do that right now......
Hi Lovelyme, this is our last baby as well. So, I am trying to enjoy every second of this pregnancy!
My first was born on Oct. 3rd 1997, my second on October 22 nd 1998 and my EDD for this one is October 8 th!
Lets just hope that I deliver two weeks early, because that would put me in September. Think about it, three birthday parties in 1 month! That's a lot to handle!
This is my second. We have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and are glad this one will be a boy. We have had pretty good luck planning both of our children's birth months so far. Our daughter was born in October, and since we got to have some say in the day because we were induced, we picked my dad's birthday. This time we wanted an April baby, and if he doesn't arrive too early, we should get one. We want to have at least one more (a tiebreaker) and I was thinking maybe July this time, but who knows. We'll take whatever we get, I guess.
This is our first. Last night I had a dream that my doctor called to say she wanted to induce me 10wks early because she had too many babies due in June and wanted to spread it out. Wishful thinking on my part. I have had a pretty easy pregnancy so far but I'm looking forward to not being pregnant anymore. I just wish this baby would find a resting position other than right on top of my bladder.

Hey Carey what's your due date? I will add you to the list. I knew I had missed some, but I had no idea how many! Glad to hear you are doing well!! We will tell your baby to leave your bladder alone, o.k.! But I don't know if your little one will hear us. Do you know what you are having?
God Bless,

angelhansen----i wrote in on the other thread too but this is our first baby. im 23 and my dh is 26. i get nervous about alot of things too, but i'm having alot of fun, so far i love being preggy. i've had it fairly easy so far(knock on wood)i didn't experience one ounce of m/s and aside from the tiredness i'm having a pregnancy that will make it easy to do it again---of course, i haven't been in labor yet, and i'm pretty sure i'll be singing a different tune then.
this is our first baby, and we are SO excited. As some of you know, my hubby will be gone for the next 12 weeks of my pregnancy, but he will be back by july, so at least he'll be here for the birth. I am 22 and he is 28. We were married at the end of September, and I conceived mid October.... we wasted no time. Funny bit of info, the best I can figure, the baby was probably conceived on my birthday, give or take a couple days. We like to joke about "My Birthday Present" since I wanted a baby right away and he wanted to wait a while.
I knew, though, that when I did get PG, he would be just as excited as I was, and he is.
This is our second. Our son Chayce is almost 4 1/2. Our daughter is due May 26th. I have been bleeding on and off for 14 weeks now so I am in the high risk group of going into pre-term labor. I now go to the doctors every two weeks and do u/s every 4 weeks. Starting at 32 weeks (the end of March) I have to go TWICE a week for non-stress test. So far so good, hopefully I will not deliver too early!

This is the first pregnancy for Hubby and I, but second for me. It will be my first live birth, and my first time at raising my own child. We are so incredibly excited, especially now that the baby has dropped and I am only 4 & 1/2 weeks from my due date!

This is my second and last. I feel really strong about adoption and I really want to adopt a baby. I would have a whole housefull of babies if I could afford it. So even though this will be my last pregnancy, it will probably not be my last child.
My son is 4 (hince my user name). He was born in January. This one is due in July.
