worries worries worries-for all of you!

When you actually sit down to think about it, isnt it amazing the worrying we do while preggers or waiting to find out???Its amazing we all havent had heart attacks! A few things that are making us CRAZY: pregnancy tests!!!! Gosh darn it, I know we all want to know NOW, but we almost always end up having to wait for weeks to know for sure. Then, when we know for sure, we wait. Is the baby okay? Why am I spotting, cramping, what if the pregnancy is ectopic, what if I miscarry, what if I miscarry again??? Then you get to hear a heartbeat, or see it on ultrasound--then you say "now I really want this baby, what if something happens to it now that I am bonding with it??" Then we go through the whole "my baby kicked 40% fewer times today than yesterday, what if somethings wrong" and we worry for weeks and weeks about all fetal movements. Im not even going to get into the birth thing. It hurts, but its not worth worrying about. lol. I am currently going through all these things, and worry constantly. Judging from the posts on the board, we are ALL doing it! Take care girls. I think we all need some xanax. Pregnancy is sooooo stressful!

Re: worries worries worries-for all of you!

Thanks for the laughable side of it all! Sometimes we do get so caught up in it all that we forget to relax, which is more beneficial then all the worrying and stress. Just wanted to say to all who give replies, thanks and your all great to pass things bye! Good luck to all!

Hillary!!! You're sooooo funny!!!!!!!!!!!! <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">
Aren't we awful?!! And to top it all off we worry about worrying! I wonder some days if this baby has ANY chance of coming out normal with all of the worry I've put on it. Unfortunately, no Xanax allowed until after the birth for me (god knows I need a pill and a glass of wine most days), but my husband has dipped into the prescription bottle more than once during this pregnancy. lol
Thanks so much for the uplifting post. Much appreciated. <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">

-Andrea (and internal baby back-flips today. I'll of course be worrying tomorrow when they're not happening as much.)
