You need to not worry over signs or if you will feel anything in your stomach or not. That is not a proper way to figure out if you are pregnant or not. The proper ways include home pregnancy tests or doctor comfirming it. So you can either take a home test or go see a doctor/planned parenthood clinic.
The urge to go to the bathroom or peeing more ca be a sign of pregnancy but it can also be a sign of UTI.
So truly your best bet is a home pregnancy test or seeing your doctor.
