I always used BF for BoyFriend.....
I guess not everyone has boyfriends on this board. Since I don't have a husband maybe I will use PDH. For Psuedo Darling Husband!

Re: what does these abbrievations mean?

Why do they call menstrual period "Aunt Flow"? I've never heard that before. I'm just curious, that's all. Thanks for posting this- there are some abbreviations that I was wondering about.

Re: what does these abbrievations mean?

Hi Molly
Aunt Flow is another word for menstrual flow. you often will say " aunt flow is visiting next week and that just means your period is coming next week. Flow as in menstrual flow.

Re: what does these abbrievations mean?

I'm doing great so far! Thanks for asking.

I was blessed with not getting a/f that often, maybe once every 2-6 months. I was lucky, and now, nothing at all <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">

I can't wait until my next appointment, I should be able to find out if its a he or a she, I keep saying she! lol And hear the heartbeat.
