Triphasic?

I just started charting my BBT over the last month and my chart does this interesting thing:
97.3 (average) prior to O
96.3 dip
97.7 (average) for 7 days following O
98.0 for the last 3 mornings.
My temps only fluctuate by .1 of a degree up or down, but most of them fall on the average I have listed. My chart is very clearly triphasic, but I've read that one shouldn't rely upon a triphasic chart to indicate pregnancy. I'm not holding my breath, or anything, but I wanted to know what you ladies with some BBT experience think. TIA, shaylind

Re: Triphasic?

This sounds promising, but only 10 days have gone by after ovulation, so there's still a chance AF could show up
I've had this happen to me several times, even the triphasic phase, but AF has always arrived right on time. How long is your Luteal Phase? The normal length would be from 12 days to 16. If your temps stay up for longer than that, then you could be pregnant! I'd say wait a couple of days and then test. I'm praying that you get PG really soon!
