Feeling Pressure ?

I am as you all probably know 4 wks pregnant. Well, I have stopped the brown discharge or spotting. but I have been having a lot of pressure down there. i know PG women get frequent urination in the 1st trimester until the uterus moves upward a bit. but I am not sure if it is just me. but I feel pressure and just something . some feeling. Could it be NERVE PAIN ? or some sort ? not sure anyone else have any ideas.
next dr visit 1 wk from saterday.

Re: Feeling Pressure ?

I did feel some pressure and had some crampy-type pains about a week ago (I am 5 weeks now), but they went away in a day or two, and I am feeling much better, except for the frequent urination and very mild nausea. But I thought that the frequent urination was caused by one of the hormones, which kind of subsides toward the end of the first trimester.

Re: Feeling Pressure ?

isn't the frequent urination because of enlarged ovary ? ... or uterus. are they the same thing ?

Re: Feeling Pressure ?

Speaking of a sharp pain in the side, I rolled over this morning and had this horrible shooting pain on one side of my lower pelvic area. It felt just like when I had a ligament spasm the last time I was pregnant. I was about 8 1/2 months pregnant, in Walmart, and the ligament on one side of my uterus got stretched somehow and I was doubled over in pain, and several people who saw me thought I was in labor! What a memory!

Re: Feeling Pressure ?

Greenberry I have had that also- my doctor just told me to take a tylenol and a warm bath. I don't think it's serious.

Also- on the earlier question I had very strong pelvic pressure/dull cramping around that time too (at the same time as the spotting I had), and I think it's about the time you would normally have your period, but it's not coming so you just get similar symptoms... and for some women, spotting. Mine only happened that first month but some women get it every month of pregnancy! Usually nothing to worry about I don't think.
