I've heard that some women can have implantation bleeding around the time of their periods. It may look like a period, but will end up being lighter or not lasting as long. I have never heard of a false positive on a HPT unless you were on some kind of hormone drug that contains HCG. I've also heard of women who had regular periods in their first couple months of pregnancy. I'd definitely call your doc and find out what's up! Good luck!
Would implantation bleeding be as heavy as my regular period? I suppose I'll know by Monday how regular it's going to be.
I bought another test kit, and will test again in the morning. Right now I have bad cramps still. I also still have really REALLY sore boobs and my sense of smell today has been weird all day.
hopefully you are pregnant but two months in a row I got a faint positive on a certain brand of hpt. I wasn't pregnant, got AF & never tested postive with a different brand. I really do hope you are pregnant but definitely test again to be sure.
