Personally, my periods were always regular before pg, but each month, a week before AF, my bbs would get soooooo sore. (not as sore as they are NOW, of course...) but, if youre not pg, you should get some vitamin E. at least 400 IU. They made the bb pain go away completely. Of course, once pg comes along, that luxury is history..hope I was some help..
