Hi there! I am in week 6 and I have always kept fit with going to the gym. How safe is it to keep on working out with weights and do cardio. Is there something I should keep in mind?
I normally do 30 min. on the stairmaster and then about 1 hour of free weights. Should I do lighter weights or just keep on going like before?

Hi - I posted about doing pilates and yoga the other day and got a few responses. From what I understand, if you were doing the exercise b4 you got pg it should be okay. As far as the weights go - I don't think you are supposed to lift weights but I would definately ask the doc aabout that one.
