Question HELP AM I SPOTTING?
I am a couple days late on my period. Here lately this white thick stuff has been in my panties so I have been wearing a tampon when I wasn't on my period. Earlier I took my tampon out and about the middle of the tampon there was a spot of blood. Am I spotting or is this something else?

I don't think you should be wearing a tampon when your not on your period. That could be the bleeding that was on your tampon. Your vagina is becoming irritated because there is something lodged inside when it doesn't need it in there. Discharge is a normal part of being a female, and if need be, wear a panty liner, NOT a tampon.
