Post Anyone who has had a miscarriage or just want to respond

I had a miscarriage in March and every since then I have this feeling like I am still pregnant. I have a tummy, when I press on my tummy it feels hard, I urinate often. I have taken a pt and came back negative, still have my periods so I'm pretty sure I'm not preg, but I could swear I was. Could my body still feel as though its pregnant? Does that happen? Or am I little crazy? Please feel free to let me know that I am crazy. Thanks

I'm no dr. by any means. But I would say you're in denial. Are you planning TTC? I suffered a Miscarriage last Sept. And I looked for Signs and Sypmtoms for quite awhile. Actually, until I had gotten pregnant again. I was in extreme denial.

I'm no dr. either but have you been back to the dr. since you miscarried? They usually check to make sure that everything passed. If it didn't, that could be why you're belly still feels hard.

There is acutally a name for this. I lost Victoria in April and for months I had to remind myself daily that I was no longer pregnant. In June it got so much better, but now I'm having to remind myself each morning that there isn't a baby in there (I guess since it is so close to my due date) Its okay...just try and not stress over it and finally (I hope) it will be totally better.

No, I have not had any beta checks (not sure what that is). Also, I had a D&C done because my husband was only able to come home for a short time and I couldnt have passed the baby alone. I was suppose to be due this month, so I thought my body was responding to this.
