Post How long do boobs retain milk or fluid?????

I have a question? How long does the average person still have milk in their breast? I have a 10 year old son and it seems like when I squeeze my nipples a milk like substance comes out. Is this normal? I am not PG but I am TTC and this always gives me thoughts that I could be PG. Any respone will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I read on here somewhere that women who aren't preg. and even men can have this happen. I didn't ever know this until I read that topic. I guess you could try doing a search on leaking breasts or something and see if you can find it that way or maybe someone else can remember what it was called.......

Hello! I have the same problem and my doctor said that it is normal as long as their is no pain or weird colored discharge or blood. I had my son 13 months ago and still never completely dried up. Try wearing a sports bra and binding your breast maybe that will dry you up I also heard that promise oil helps dry you up.

My daughter stopped nursing two years ago and I still have milk come out of my breasts. Not much though. You are not alone.

Thank you for the replies

-lilegg, I am only taking pre-natal vitamins and folic acid. Do you think they may cause this to happen?

Well once again thanks for sharing your stories or experiences. I am glad that I am not alone.
