Your best bet is to take for the day your period is due. There are tests that say you can test up to 4 days early but once you look at the % of them being correct it honestly is worth wasting the money.
The higher % of being accurate is the day your period is due of days following it being missed.
Not fun to wait but when one thinks of crying because it shows up negative and then finding out that was wrong is a roller coaster that isnt much fun.
Or in cases of those wanting it to be negative and the early test shows that only to find otu later it was wrong. Then one has to deal with that.

I tested positive 6 weeks after a miscarriage and 4 days before my period was due. I took a First Response Early Response. It was a very faint positive but it definately was positive. I bought a generic pregnancy test today. I had what I think was my period on Saturday Sept. 6th so I'm sitting here debating whether or not on takin' the test now or waiting for another 2 weeks. Since the test was only 4 dollars I might just take it and see what happens. Good Luck on your results!
