Anybody here suffer with loose bowel movements and not constipation in later pregnancy? I am 30 weeks pregnant I have been running to the loo most mornings for the past couple of weeks. I have suffered with IBS on and off for the last couple of years but I thought I would be more constipated at this stage if anything. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi I am about 22 weeks pregnant and a couple weeks ago i started experiencing the same thing. All my symptoms point to IBS which seems to come and go. I am hoping after pregnancy it will go away. My advice is to cut down on milk and dairy products which I hear makes it worse. I heard that caffeine is bad also. Im sorry I don't know more I need advice as welll since im new to this problem.

I just thought I'd let you guys know that you are not alone. I am 24ish weeks and have been having the same problem on and off for a few seeks. I has had IBS in the past and it does seem to be mostly diet related. Cutting out the dairy does wonders.
