| Midwife pre-natal care and natural delivery vs OB
What do you all think?
I am early, only 5 1/2 weeks pregnant.. But I am weighing the options given. Do I want to get all of my pre-natal care from mid-wives and give birth naturally in their birth center no drugs, or do I want to find an OB-GYN and give birth in a hospital with drugs.
Also I am taking into consideration that a pregnancy with mid-wives may be better in my situation since I have no support and totally alone, and they offer classes and support groups. An OB-GYN typically doesn't offer those services as far as I am aware.
I know it's each to their own, but I just wanted other's opinions on the matter.
