Aches during early pregnancy

Hi, having never been pregnant before and experienced the physical changes, I wondered whether there are any mums out there who could advise on the following.

I am approaching my fourth week and have noted a dull ache in my right pelvic region. It has been there, on and off, for a few days now. It's not painful as such but the ache is spreading down my thigh.

I am sure it is perfectly normal and I don't worry that much generally but wanted some reassurance Other than that I have noticed no other changes apart from being tired. Early days and all that!

Thank you

Re: Aches during early pregnancy

It could be your ovaries still, or it could be round ligament pain. I am afraid it is the first of many pains you will experience while pregnant. If it gets really bad, def. contact your doctor.
