Positive Test, Bleeding, BBT up

I got my BFP a week ago 2 different tests (clear blue digital), and I have been tracking my bbt and it is still up. A couple days ago I had some craming then I have been having bleeding (red, not like old blood) not as heavy as a period though. I have a 2 year old and he was a csection baby, I dont know what is going on with any of this. I do not have a DR yet and I can not get on medicaid until I get a positive test at the Health Department, and the nurse is being really mean about it saying I obvisly cant read the tests right I take at home. She said that my test was still negative at 3 min but at 5 it was positive, but the cut off time was 3 so she wont sign me off so I can get medicaid so I can get to the DR. Do you think this is normal? Do you think that I am in the process of having a miscarrage or does the fact that my BBT is still up mean I am not. I am waiting till the bleeding stops before I go back to take a test again.

Re: Positive Test, Bleeding, BBT up

I know my BBT always went up when I was about to get my period. A surge in my hormones. I literally would get sweats. I don't think you can go strictly by your body temp. I would take another pregnancy test and wait to see if you get a full period. It doesn't really matter if you wait 3 or 5 min. on a test, if you are pregnant then a 2 min. time period does not make a difference.
