EXTREMELY sore breasts.
 

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and my breasts are extremely sore. Not just my nipples, my entire breasts. I took a shower and just having the water hit them hurt a lot. When I got out and wrapped a towel around me, it hurts. Just the slightest things hurts. Is it normal to have this much pain? Is there anything I can do to lessen the pain?
