It is probably ok, but why not check with the doctor? The safest practice would be to use a condom for a while, just to make sure she does catch anything orally and also give it back to you. "Prostatitis" can be a rather vague diagnosis when they can't figure what else is wrong, and a number of men seem have similiar symptons following unprotected sex. It does not show up as STD, however, and does not generally seem to be transmissible to other women. Still, to be safe, at least ask the doctor or use condoms for a week or two at least.
