hello everyone I was diagnosed with bacterial Prostatitis in march. and was given antibiotics. Most of the symptoms went away but the one that bothers me the most is the low ejaculate volume. when i ejaculate it feels as though my urethra is to tight to let it ejaculate flow as normal it just dribbles out about half as much as before. has anyone else had this problem with prostatitis. I have heard that prostate massage might help with this. can anyone help me with this it is very frustrating. maybe my prostate is enlarged. any comments or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
