Re: psa level

Antibiotics, not anabolics. For some men prostatitis will respond quickly to antibiotics, for some, it can linger on for years. I have a friend who has the chronic lingering kind -- it never completely goes away. He manages it with meditation. If antibiotics do not work, you can also try accupuncture, hypnosis, or homeopathics to help relieve the symptoms. Certain anti-depression meds also have been found to help manage the disease in those who have non-responsive chronic prostatitis.

Re: psa level

Thanks Tall. Sorry for misspelling Antibiotics. So, it sounds like it's something that we never be cured for me.

Re: psa level

Sorry to hear about your condition. Some men take antibiotics for months or even years until it goes away. Have you been taking them for that long? Tried several antibiotics? Most of the time it will eventually go away, but it can take a long time sometimes.
