Post Prostatitis - symptoms remain, please help me

every post i read about prostatitis i always seem to find relationships between the cases, but my symptoms seem a little different. I havant found anyone with symptoms that match or almost match me.

short version, just over a year ago i started feeling a burning pain all over my groin, just everywhere, testicles the lot, got given antibiotics, 3 days later 95% of my syptoms are gone. After a year of my symptoms then coming and going, one year later and im still suffering.

But my symptoms are a bit different, basically if i dont ejeculate, i dont suffer, at least not after about 3-5 days, if i ejeculated now id suffer for a few days, pain would ease and all would be fine, and it happens instantly, so from almost 0% symtoms, i ejeculate, then straight away i feel like i need to pee, but i feel like that for the next 12 hours, and then slowly over a couple of days it subsides, and i also feel the need to poop straight after, again these symptoms subside. So i ejaculate, feel like i need to pee and poop for 3 days then it goes away, until the story repeats itself.

please has anyone out there had anything like this, has my infection gone and am i suffering some after damage? If i dont ejeculate for 2 months or whatever could this help me? Im early 20's so once i get to 2 weeks without i cant get it off my mind

any advice would be great (had multiple anti biotic courses, PSA, fingers where they shouldnt be lol)

thanks

A urologist may not have much interest in someone in their twenties with prostate problems, expecting the condition to be very temporary rather than chronic. If you feel he problem is chronic and limits your activities, then be persistent. You need to get a good diagnosis. Then you will likely know what needs to be done.
