Question What are you doing to deal with the stress

I've reading that stress can contribute to prostatitis.
Of course being on meds (and counting the days/pills till your off), hoping that things will pass, shielding the issue from friends/family..doesnt really help.
Im curious to know how everyone is dealing with the stress..any tips?

Since Im on bactrim, I have noticed that im fairly fatigued. I used to workout everyday before going on bactrim, but its simply not possible now while im taking it. I try every other day, for a shorter amount of time. But Im literally thinking about my prostate all day. And im getting stressed over the stress

Its the third week i am on Cipro .... I got sick of this back pain which is too much .. all of sudden feel like i am not in 20's but in 60's ...

i am having pain in testicles at time , back pain and pain in thigh/legs
use to workout before but cant do it anymore coz i heard it will gona give
extra pressure to prostate and that area so i have stopped until it get fixed
well it looks like it gona take some time ( may be long time)

just as i said living a life of some old guy ... is stressful at times just coz i am not feeling so great couldn't participate in things with my gf ( going out and all ) which is at times not that good thing to do .

well it has changed life a bit ... don't want this change to continue just wanted to get back to my normal life !

Re: What are you doing to deal with the stress

You sound stressed too.

I really hope this lastest round of Cipro is your LAST round with Cipro and that it clears for you. For good.
Besides dealing with the Prostatitis, it sounds like the Cipro is also taking its toll. Hopefully everything will pass once your off (in a week!!)

The waiting and taking the pills and hoping that it just passes is hard.

I guess sometimes we have to take the bad to get to the good. Of course, Im struggling with the balance of dealing with this and everything else folks have to deal with in life, but *trying* to be hopefull that this will pass.
