I'm 26 and i just recently started dating this great girl, that i find super attractive...
the first night we tried to have sex, i was unable to get an erection at all... but i thought it was because of the alcohol. Since i ve been getting very weak erections that i m unable to maintain unless she s constantly stimulating me down there... and every time i go "in" her i lose my erections.... (and no masturbation or porn in a week has not helped at all...)
this is really starting to affect my moral and the relationship....
i went to see a doctor, and she told me it was stress (she did not actually examine me, she said "you're too young to have any problems"). but no matter how i try to relax, it doesn't work.
it got me thinking, and i started reading posts on this website... i realized that i too have not had morning woods, or very weak morning woods for several months now... furthermore i really believe my libido has dropped dramatically.
also i ve been recently thinking it might be a prostate problem... i ve noticed that sometimes my ejaculate isn't all liquidy. it's sometimes more jelly or "jello-y". i also been have having to go pee much more often, and often there's a lot of drops that continue to come out i can't stop (incontinence?). I ve complained several times when i was younger of a sort of burning or painful sensation while urinating (it s been so long i m almost use to it and don t notice it as much) and i ve been tested to UTIs... came back negative.
I've read the prostatitis could cause erectile dysfunction and decrease in libido.... ?
anybody has similar symptoms? or tips?
To summarize (cause i noticed my story might be a bit messy)
1. unable to get erections or maintain them
2. haven t have "good" morning erections
3. my ejaculate isn't always liquidy, it has some parts that are more solid/jello
4.Libido has dropped
5. unable to stop urine flow (drops)
and i m freaking out....
plz help
Ejaculate texture differences are common and not usually indicative of anything bad, but all the other stuff sounds like it's probably an infection (in my totally unprofessional opinion). I think if you had mentioned the incomplete urination problem to your doc, she probably would have suspected an infection then too.
It could be yeast, in which case antibiotics will make it worse. The best, easiest thing for yeast is probably cranberry. (It's a bit helpful for bacterial infections too.) Healthy digestion is a big help too. Or your doctor can prescribe strong antifungals (if she could be convinced they might help).

Reason: grammar
do not go to a regular doctor for those types of problems.!!!
1) you need to go to a urologist. mention the urination issues. are you waking up at night to urinate?
2) demand both a total and free testosteronse test. testosterone is what effects libido and erections.
you also need a psa test ( prostate ) as well as LH ,fsh, and estradiol . these are all done with the same blood test.
also need to have a DRE ( digital rectal exam )
