I'd be careful!!! I had Rotator cuff surgery last year in July. Model PAtient as I am ex triathlete. Did no exercise until SUrgeon and Physio said I could which was about 10 weeks later. Eventually back up to 70 frestyle lengths per day. Last month prostatitis and took Cipro for 2 weeks (had enough for 28days as they recommend) Disaster. My cuff ruptured again! I couldnt believe a pil could rupture a tendon! Well Google it and see. I had new scan last week and sure enough it deffo is a rupture so I have to rest and see surgeon again to have it done again. I can assure anyone i have not done anything to cause it by lifting etc. and it is torn in a different place. SO beware.
