Psoriasis: medication question
I have psoriasis on my scalp and I heard of two different medications that are supposed to be effecive. One is called Triamcinolone Acetonide, and the other is called Clobetasol Propionate. Does anyone know the difference between these two medications? Has anyone out there tried one or both of these medications? If so, which one was more effective?

honestly dont know but i can tell you ive had good luck with selson blue and it doesnt irrate me like some of the harsher stuff

if you give me the actual names & not the generic names I can probably help you =)
for me the only effective shampoo was capex a steroid shampoo. highly recommend it!
