Anyone know something that I can do to help clear it up? It's on my scalp, so it's hard to get through all my hair. But its spread over the last few years and its starting to creep past my hairline and I have to get it in check. ANyone?

May a Doctor appointment, they have great creams to put on to clear it up, there is no cure just can easily be treated

I don't know if this will help or not, but have heard that taking Omega-3 (fish Oil) can be beneficial to the skin. I've taken it for other things, but only for a short time, and I don't have skin problems other than acne. Others have used it with good results for excema, so maybe it would be beneficial for psoriasis, too. Not sure on that, and it isn't going to work overnight, but since it's supposed to have a lot of health benefits, it shouldn't affect you adversly in any way, and may even help.

There is a liquid from the bark of the NEEM tree you can buy in capsules.
They sell the caps plus you can use, at the same time, NEEM cream. I don't have a skin problem but I read about Neem on the internet.

I use a cream made of argan oil. It dosn't completely get rid of it, but it does keep it down.
