Have you been to a dermatologist? My very wonderful PCP tried to treat my psoriasis with no success. My derm prescribed Ultravate and Dovonex (this was 1998-so there may be new stuff) for my body, and Cormax for my scalp. My scalp is a continual, itchy problem. The Cormax worked wonderfully for a few years, I didn't even need it for a year or so, but my body patches rarely come back. If they do, I still have ointment left and treat them and they go away. If you've tried these and had no success, I don't know what to tell you, except that Emu oil is touted as a alternative treatment for many skin disorders. I don't know if it does any good or not.
