My husband has psoriasis & he gets it on his elbows & knees. His testicles itch a lot & have for around 8 years off & on. He thinks it's psoriasis but his testicles don't look like his elbows or knees do. He won't talk to his Doc about it & I don't know how to help him. Has anyone else had this problem?

I get eczema on the side of my scrotum. It is unbearable. It is terrible when it itches and I cannot stratch. Cortisone helps for a few days, and then it comes back. Like living life with eternal jock itch.

I know that psoriasis can be on the penis, (it looks very similiar to what knees and elbows look like). I would think it could also be on his testicles.

I wish you luck, I know how terrible this condition can be.

Thanks so much for the answers! The only thing that I can see is a couple of red, raw spots from where he's been scratching. His testicles feel hard like old leather & they're getting kind of dark (he's a pale white guy). We'll use cortisone cream & see if that helps. It is indeed an awful thing to have to go through!
