pustular psoriasis and systemic lypus

First post but won't be my last. So glad I found this venue. Have had pustural psoriasis on my feet since 1994. Took Soritane for 5 or so years with little success. Internal Med. Dr. took me off of it as I have had severe chronic back and shoulder pain since 2005. Thought Soritane might be the culprit. Wet occulsion with Halobetasol Propionate Ointment several nights a week does about as much good as anything. I took 2 injections of Raptiva in 2007. Thank goodness it caused me to bruise due to platlet count so I quit taking it. It is off the market now for causing brain infections and killing several people in Europe. I did think it was a miracle drug as it cleared my feet up in 2 days. The looked like a new babies feet. It was short lived pure joy for the first time in over 10 years I had normal feet. I wear open shoes year round and live in terry slippers at home. My feet are very painful and I am afraid of picking up an infection because my feet look like raw bloody meat most of the time. Has anyone heard of taking amberol or humaira for psoriasis of the feet? Much more to this story.
