Fish oil for scalp psoriasis?
Has anyone here used fish oil to help with scalp psoriasis? If so how much do you have to take to see some improvement? Thanks

I take evening primrose oil for excema.....I don;t know if this would also work for psoriasis....you could do a google search of evening primrose oil...to see if it is recommended.
certainly worth a look!

As I understand it, psoriasis is an autoimmune disease. It's been a while since I've read up on it, but I believe that body's with a deficiency in fumaric acid and the esters of fumaric acid - monoethylfumarate and dimethylfumarate, did work if I remember correctly. I also recall that there were some side effects, but I can't remember exactly when or how much was used.
