| treatment and maintenance of psoriasis?
Hello, would appreciate any advice/help with this issue please.
First issue is maintenance, when I get an outbreak it usually comes all over the body then when I get rid of the lesions it will alst for a month or so then come back usually on the spots and more places, when the lesions go, what can i do to prevent or minimize the outbreak when it comes back? Soem are telling me to cover by body in keri lotion every day, does this work? Are there others?
Next, when the lesions appear, what's the fastest way to get rid of them? I have been trying dermasolve for a while now but it takes too long and is too expensive, any other recommendations? My doc recommended steroids but cost $200 a tube.
