Hi, could you tell me what can I do against psoriasis (elbows, arms and knees), and what causes it.

I have the same problem. You have a mild case of Psoriasis. It is usually hereditary and not-contagious, just unsightly.
Moisturizing/Medicated lotions (Eucerin, Cetaphil...) have helped me. I have found diet also effects it. I have gotten a little worse lately because of bad holiday eating (I usually eat pretty clean).
