Yes women/girls can get gotten for rape of men/boys. Look at someof the school teachers who have been arrested for statutory rape some of them were women.
If the boy cant consent to sex either due to age or other ways(drugs or such) and the female is older she can be charged with rape.

Each state has their own age limit for consent, some are 16 others are age 18. I would google your particular state to find out what age is considered consentual. If it is 16, yes the girl can be charged with statutory rape of a minor.
might want to wait another four years to have sex, at your age, yes it is pretty much rape..... 20 on 18 would be fine i think, but, just to be on the safe side, lol

If both partys are under age I don't think you can get eaither party for statutory rape because it is what you said when someone who is leagal has sex with someone who isn't. Each state is diffrent I know in Ohio your suppose to be over the age of 18.

As long as no one knows it should be ok. I just hear the "rape" part, both of you want it, and you are both under 16, should be ok, unless your parents disagree, then you should look into it.
Kapera X,actually it depends on the state he lives in. Most have at least age 16 as the age of consent and if one of the people are under 16 while another is 16 or older it can be illegal hence statutory rape.

This is a legal question, not a health one, and unless you guys are lawers, or at least know the law in the state that Jack Quentin lives in, I wouldn't be telling him if it's legal or not. There are some states (many, actually) where 16 is legal and 14 is not, so the older party (male or femal) can be charged with statutory rape.

Totally wrong. First off, it's not the parents who press charges, it's the court, parents do not get to give permssion for illegal behavior. There is a difference between rape and statutory rape: consent is not the issue with statutory rape, age is. It doesn't matter if both parties consent.
Also, "As long as no one knows"??? What? that makes it okay? does that work for vandalism and murder too? It may just mean you won't get caught, but it doesn't make it legal, or right.
