Can my therapist dump me for not doing the "assignment"?

Hi Star Heart
No, your therapist can't dump you because you didn't do your assignment. There's no need to worry. The journaling is for you, so you didn't let her down. If you feel like it, jot down some of your feelings on those issues. I always wrote mine down and emailed them to my therapist.
Warm hugs,
Sam
