Unhappy Statutory Rape

in the state of PA if you are 14 and he is 18 is that statutory rape?
Also, if there is no sexual intercourse involved is it still statutory rape or is that just when you have sex?

In PA you have to be 16 to consent to any form of sexual act. So yes it would be considered statutory rape if anything sexual occurs between a 14 yr old and a 18 yr old. Basically if it involves sexual contact then it can be taken as statutory rape or assualt.
The guy youa re messing around with can get in serious trouble over what you two have already done. Your best bet if you dont want him winding up in prison and labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life is to stop any of the sexual stuff and keep it as freinds or bf and gf without sexual acts.
Matter of fact PA has some rather strict laws when it comes to this. From what I have read it states that he cant even use objects to simulate sex with you. Also includes touching of the sexual or other intimate parts of the person for the purpose of arousing or gratifying sexual desire, in either person.
So what you have already done can get him in trouble if your parents or someone else decides to tell the police or such.

Even if you are over the age of 16, you are still a ward of your parents' care, and if they feel he has damaged you in some way, and he is over the age of majority (18 or 21 depending,) he can still be taken to court on child abuse charges.

Moral of the story being stick to people your own age. For now.
