Hi, I posted a while back and was directed to a website that gave me lots of info. I have had some of the symptoms such as deg disk, brain fog,flushing, IBS, and headaches for years that everyone just shrugged off.

I went in last Dec for heartburn and all over itching that started at the same time. Was told they had nothing to do with each other and sent on my way with some meds. I've been going insane ever since. Finally saw a gastro and had endoscopy that showed reflux and extra cells in esophagus. He put me on Singulair finally and have not had any breakthrough heartburn and itching is much better.

He says that since I was in he's diagnosed 4 more people with the same type of problem. I told him about the info I found and he said it sounds like I've just diagnosed myself.

Finally, the question. Does this disorder just show up over night or have I maybe had it and never had any problems until the heartburn/itching episode?
