my ears get hot and turn red what causes this I am also experiancing whelps and itching'

This is an allergic reaction. Sometimes your ears will react first. My son does this. Typically an ingested allergen (food allergy). See an allergist and keep a food chart along with reactions until you see him. PS food allergies get worse with each ingestion. Make sure it is not a lethal allergy like peanuts cause an anaphylactic reaction could occur.
