Hillusinations

I have a problem and its really starting to scare me.I'm a 13 year old girl and haven't really had any serious health problems before, but last year i starting seeing hillusinations for a while. Also, for a while they scared me alot, like alot.I managed to ignore them/ convince myself they wernt real and they started to go away, and i havent really had any trouble with them since. Until now. They're back,They're worse and now i even hear voices in my head. One night i was home alone, which wasn't too out of the ordinary, i've been home alone tons of times. But i dont know , i just started to panic, i was so scared. I was crying, screaming. everything. I had even called one of my relatives to come pick me up..
Now, i haven't told anyone about these really and i dont even think they'll believe me. But i honestly do see and hear things and i'd like some help. thank-you.

Re: Hillusinations

Hi Chick, I think you really need to tell someone of what is happening to you. It sounds like you need some help sorting out all the feelings you are having. Hallucinations can be caused from many different things, such as drugs (medications), health/medical problems or mental problems. The best way to find answers, is to see a doctor and I am sure your parents would want to know how best to help you. It can be quite scary when we see things that are not really there. Please, please talk to someone, it is very important!! Hang in there and I will be praying for you.

Re: Hillusinations

Hey there,

Just tell someone, anyone, about this. A doctor is your best bet. They need to do an evaluation to get you some help. You don't need to live like this.

Re: Hillusinations

You are not alone. There are a lot of people who have had this happen to them and it is very scary. The very best thing you can do is to tell your family and have them take you to a doctor. A lot of different things could be causing this to happen and the doctor can figure out why it's happening and help you feel better. I promise you that people will believe and you won't be the first person your doctor has seen with this problem.
