manya Registered User (female) Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: india Posts: 0	hyper pigmentation dear sir, i have a patch of hyper pigmentation on the right side of my lower lip.It occured as a small patch of 2mm in area in april 2000 .Now it has enlargened itself to 3cm.It has a ring of hypopigmentation.Till date no one as been able to diagnose this problem.can u please tell me what it is ?
