Question Leg Pain When I Breath Deep. Wierd.

I have recently started exercising, after about five years of being just plain lazy, and as a result I pulled a muscle in my leg/knee. Iím in PT for my injury however, every time I take a deep breath the area of my leg that is hurt seems to cramp up! Itís a weird tingling feeling, but it hurts really bad too! My PT and doctor are stumped. I donít think it is going to effect my recovery but I would like to know why my leg is doing this! Something similar happened when I was BF a couple months ago in the chest area. Has anyone else had this problem?? Or do you know what it might be??
