Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia

Does anyone have any experience with multiple endocrine neoplasia? I was recently diagnosed with M.E.N. and have an adrenal mass, pancreas mass, thyroid goiter and potential pituitary disorder or tumor. If anyone has any experience with any of these I would love to hear your experience.
