im a woman w/ underneck facial hair.it has bothered me for years and i want it permanently removed.ive been considering electrolysis or laser surgery.then some tell me that it may not be as effective for african americans.in which, i am african american.does anyone know any info or of any doctors in southern california,near san fernando valley or anywhere in la where i can go to get help.preferably if youve been, let me know or if you know of someone who's gone to a specific doctor let me know.this really bothers me and that new vaniqa just isnt a go.thanks everyone!
