What could it be?
I hope someone can help me. I have fairly large pores that gets filled with sebum. It seems that I produce too much and you can see the sebum in every one of my pores (on my chin, cheeks, neck, nose, shoulders, chest and back). I'm assuming it's sebum (small, white solid, that you can squeeze out or pull out with tweezers). The pores are not blocked. My face gets oily too. My question is that can sebum or my oily face be contagious? Because my girlfriend will get a acne-like bumps on her face a day or two later after any part of my face touches hers. For example, if my cheek touches her right cheek, she will develop a red bump there. I know it's probably not coincidence because it has happened many times. The last time I touched the side of her face and her ear and she developed one on her ear! Before we were going out, her face was fair and clear. Never did I see any blemish until she went out with me. She has told me that she never had any acne before. I've already asked the acne forum. They said acne isn't contagious. Could it be some other disease that I have? I love my girlfriend very much and I'm afraid she might be allergic to me or something. I don't put anything on my face. It's sad for me that I can't touch her until I find out what is going on. I will see the dermatologist too.
