My Boyfriends Right Testicle - Rare Disorders Message Board

My boyfriends right testicle is very large and sort of pear shaped the other is of normal size. I have also noticed a nodule of some time in the groin area on the same side . What has caused this i am ascared to ask him as he acts very bashful as it is......thanks for any input

Lisa-Lisa,
Does your boyfriend complain of any pain in that region?When you say you have noticed a nodule in his groin on the same side,this sounds like there could be an infection.Even though he is bashful,you need to tell him to go and have it checked out before the situation worsens.

The swelling in your boyfriends's right testicle is probably a hydrocele, and the nodule in his groin could be a hernia. How big is it?
