 Pick's disease
My father has Pick's disease. It is a rare form of dementia that happens at a fairly young age (56, in his case). Anyone else out there familiar with this? He is now in a nursing home, and has had this disease for nearly 10 years. Otherwise, he is healthy as an ox, so I'm wondering, how much longer will he have to suffer from this? I have not come across any boards about Pick's disease, and even though it's rare, I hope someone here has experienced it and can relate to my concerns.
