Post Eosinophilic Fasciitis

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has had this or has been recently diagnosed with it? I was diagnosed with it myself and looking for information. Thanks.

g_donnelly-
There's good news about this disorder and it will probably resolve completely with treatment , although it takes time.

Check out this link: which gives you some good basic info,
(which you probably have already) But just in case:

Good luck,

Re: Eosinophilic Fasciitis

My son, David, (DOB 07/17/1992) was been diagnosed with eos. fasc. in March 2002. He was progressing greatly until a stomach. After hospitalization (10 days) and many, many expensive tests, the disease has move to his intestines (eos. gastroenteritis). His chemo was switched from Methotrexate (IM) to Imuran (PO).
The medical bills are horrendous. Insurance doesn't like to pay for unknown diseases without a great deal of prodding.
I wish you luck and pray for your complete (& speedy) recovery.
